Equine Balance provides online education in equine biodynamic craniosacral therapy, plus optional in-person clinics in Fort Worth, Texas. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us at shea@equinebalance.net if you suspect unauthorised access. One account is for one person; course access is not transferable.
3. Purchases and access
Prices are shown in US dollars on each product page. When you buy a course, ebook, or bundle you receive lifetime access to that item from your dashboard. Bundles enrol you in every included item at checkout. We may update course content over time; your access continues to the updated version.
4. Refunds
Paid courses carry a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. The full terms — how to request, what is and isn't eligible, and how bundles are handled — are on the Refund policy page, which governs all refund questions.
5. Acceptable use
Course materials, videos, and ebooks are licensed to you for your own learning. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly post, or share your account access. Automated scraping of the site or its content is not permitted.
6. Educational disclaimer
The platform is continuing education, not veterinary medicine, and does not replace a veterinarian. See the Disclaimer for the full statement, including the safety responsibilities that come with hands-on practice.
7. Liability
The platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Equine Balance is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, the courses, or the application of the techniques taught. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes and governing law
