The promise
Every paid course on Equine Balance comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, counted from the date of purchase. If the work isn't what you expected, write to us inside that window and we'll issue a full refund to the original payment method.
How to request a refund
Email shea@equinebalance.net from the address you registered with. Include the order number (you can find it on your orders page) and a one-line note of what didn't fit. We don't ask for anything else.
We process refunds inside three business days. The bank or card network can take another five to ten business days to credit your statement.
What we cannot refund
- Purchases older than 30 days. The sale is final after that window.
- In-person clinic deposits inside 14 days of the clinic date — see the in-person enrolment confirmation for that specific cancellation policy.
- Ebooks that have been downloaded and read. Refunds are at our discretion and we lean toward approving them.
Bundles
A bundle (for example, the Complete Practitioner Pathway) is one transaction. A refund returns the whole bundle and removes the included enrolments. We don't refund individual items inside a bundle.
