Your courses live on the My Learning page after you sign in. If a course you bought isn't there, check your orders first to confirm the purchase completed.
Forgot your password?
Use the password reset page to get a new one in your inbox. If the email doesn't arrive within ten minutes, check your spam folder, then write to us.
Quiz didn't save
Quizzes save when you click Submit. If you closed the tab mid-attempt, the attempt is still open in the player — pick the lesson again and finish it. Auto-graded questions return their score immediately; essay answers are reviewed by Shea and the grade is added to your dashboard once the review lands.
Bundle didn't expand
A bundle purchase enrols you in every included item the moment payment is confirmed. If My Learning shows fewer enrolments than the bundle promised, write in and we'll fix it manually within one business day.
Anything else
